Kismayo court postpones soldier’s murder case.

The accused has been charged with killing his wife, Muhubo Mohamed Gure on 14th of this month at his home in Alanley, Kismayo. The two have just been married for a while.
The chief of the military tribunal, col Bashir Mohamud Hareed stated that the lawyers who filed the charges against the soldier did not produce enough evidence to the court to make judgements.
He said that the case will reopen on 15th of May and requested the lawyers to find enough evidences on the charges against the defendant, Abdullahi Asad Ismail.
The family of the deceased girl were present at the hearing of the court proceedings yesterday and have expressed concerns over attempts to release the murder who is now under the custody of the security
forces.
